KWC Model Search 2026 - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

KWC Model Search 2026 (“the Competition”) is organised by Perbadanan Pengurusan Kompleks Kenanga Wholesale City (“the Organiser”).

By registering and participating in the Competition, all participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, update, postpone, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

  1. The Competition is open to female participants aged 18 to 39 years old with a minimum height of 165 cm.
  2. Participants must be Malaysian citizens or permanent residents.
  3. Participants must be in good health and able to participate in all Competition activities.
  4. Participants with existing modelling or talent agency contracts must obtain written consent from their agency.
  5. Employees of the Organiser, sponsors, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  6. Previous Top 6 winners of KWC Model Search (2022–2025) are not eligible to join.

3. Registration

  1. All registrations must be completed within the official registration period.
  2. Participants must ensure all information and submitted materials are accurate and complete.
  3. Incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate submissions may be rejected without notice.
  4. Submission of registration does not guarantee selection into the Competition.

4. Selection & Audition

  1. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone call.
  2. Shortlisted participants must attend the official Audition on the specified date.
  3. Failure to attend the Audition may result in disqualification.
  4. Selection of participants is based on the discretion of the Organiser and judging panel, whose decision is final.

5. Competition Format & Duration

  1. The Competition will run for approximately one (1) year.
  2. The Grand Finale is expected to take place in December 2026 (subject to change).
  3. Throughout the Competition, participants will take part in tasks, training, events, and campaigns.
  4. Performance will be assessed based on participation, skills development, professionalism, attitude, and overall progress.

6. Prizes

Winners of KWC Model Search 2026 will receive:

  • Grand Winner: RM 3,000 cash prize + 1-year KWC contract
  • 1st Runner-Up: RM 1,500 cash prize + 1-year KWC contract
  • 2nd Runner-Up: RM 1,000 cash prize + 1-year KWC contract
  • KWC Favourite (3 winners): RM 500 cash prize + 3-month KWC contract each

All prizes and opportunities are subject to terms and conditions set by the Organiser.

7. Participant Conduct

  1. Participants are required to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
  2. Any misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or actions that may harm the reputation of the Organiser, sponsors, or other participants may result in disqualification.
  3. Participants must comply with all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided throughout the Competition.
  4. Participants are strictly prohibited from developing or engaging in any romantic or intimate relationship with staff of the Organiser, sponsors, partners, judges, or any individuals directly involved in the Competition. Any such behaviour may result in immediate disqualification.

8. Media & Content Rights

  1. By participating, participants agree that the Organiser may use photos, videos, and related content for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without compensation.
  2. All content captured during the Competition remains the property of the Organiser.

9. Personal Data

  1. Personal information collected will only be used for Competition-related purposes.
  2. By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Competition administration.

10. Liability

  1. The Organiser is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, except where required by law.
  2. Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the Competition.

11. Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false information
  • Fails to attend required activities
  • Does not complete assigned tasks
  • Violates Competition rules or code of conduct

12. Amendments & Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.

13. Final Decision

All decisions made by the Organiser and judging panel are final. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained.

14. Acceptance

By registering for KWC Model Search 2026, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
