  1. Raya fashion Show
    Join the KWC Raya Fashion Show for an unforgettable celebration of fashion, culture, and creativity! In addition to showcasing the latest Raya collections at KWC, you’ll enjoy a special performance by the popular singer Aisha Retno, who will both sing and model an exclusive collection from KWC Fashion Wholesale. The event also features modern dance performances, a special Raya video screening, and guest artist performances. Be inspired by style tutorials on Raya attire and hijab. Experience mesmerizing traditional dance performances and participate in an interactive Batik coloring workshop.   2. Karnival Ramadan
    Featuring a variety of local dishes throughout Ramadan, including an assortment of drinks, traditional kuih, martabak, various side dishes, as well as international delicacies such as Arabic rice, Shawarma, Kunafa, Takoyaki, Pani Puri, and more.

  3. Sinar Ramadan
    In conjunction with Nuzul Quran, KWC Fashion Wholesale is partnering with the Muslim Iltizam Relief Society to distribute Bubur Lambuk as part of a CSR initiative throughout Ramadan. Additionally, KWC will sponsor Raya attire for orphaned children from the Sri Selangor community and for the Asnaf families from Iltizam Relief (NGO). Only selected tenants will participate in this CSR effort, offering a 50% discount. All 9 participants of KWC Model Search 2025 will also take part, accompanying the Asnaf families and orphaned children according to the provided list of names.

Terms & Conditions of the Contest:

  1. The contest runs from 10th to 17th March 2025, and the prize redemption period is from 21st to 27th March 2025.  
  2. The contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and non-Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia only.  
  3. KWC will sponsor Raya outfits with a value of no more than RM200 per winner.  
  4. Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries for the contest, but only one entry from each participant will be considered for the prize.  
  5. Prizes must be claimed at KWC Fashion Wholesale, and unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.  
  6. Winners must present their NRIC with the full name matching the details shared through Facebook private message. If a winner needs a representative to claim the prize on their behalf, the representative must bring an authorization letter signed by the winner, a copy of the winner’s identity proof, and the representative’s identity proof.  
  7. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed in any other form for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for collecting their prizes.  
  8. All transportation costs, internet charges, personal costs, and/or any other expenses incurred by participants in relation to the contest or prize redemption are fully borne by the winner.  
  9. The decision of KWC Fashion Wholesale regarding the contest results is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.  
  10. Data from each participant will be collected, stored, and processed for the administration and evaluation of the contest. By participating in the contest, participants agree and grant KWC Fashion Wholesale the right to use the contest submission (images/videos) for marketing, promotion, and/or advertising purposes, including print, audiovisual, and social media, without restriction or limit, and for an unlimited number of times.  
  11. By participating in this contest, participants agree and consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for KWC Fashion Wholesale’s marketing and promotional activities.  
  12. KWC Fashion Wholesale reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the contest and/or review and modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the contest after any changes to these terms and conditions, participants will be deemed to have agreed to the new or amended terms.

SHOP AND REDEEM

Shop with us and stand a chance to redeem exclusive limited-edition KWC Raya packets, Lebaran ceramic plates, or one (1) of two (2) Lebaran ceramic dish designs (with 3 receipts) at the Customer Service Counter.

Terms & Conditions for Each Redemption:

  • Customers must present purchase receipts with the required minimum spending amount for each redemption, up to a maximum combination of two (2) purchase receipts.  
  • Each customer is eligible to redeem only one (1) gift per day, per person.  
  • For Reward 3, customers can redeem one (1) of the two (2) Lebaran ceramic dish designs within three (3) receipts during the redemption period.  
  • Customers must be aged 18 and above to be eligible for redemption.  
  • Redemption is based on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.  
  • All redemptions must be made on the same day as the purchase.  
  • Only original receipts issued by any boutique in KWC, including printed and verbal receipts with an official stamp or business card, will be accepted for redemption.  
  • Redemption must be made by the customer or wholesaler themselves. Representatives are not allowed to redeem on behalf of the customer.  
  • Tenants, boutiques, kiosks, restaurants, employees of KWC, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in redemption activities or redeem gifts on behalf of their customers. Any tenant found abusing this redemption program will be fined RM200 for each redeemed item.  
  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.  
  • The management reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the existing ones.  
  • The management reserves the right to REJECT any invalid, reprinted, or fraudulent purchase receipts.  
  • In the event of any dispute, the management’s decision is final, and no further inquiries or appeals will be entertained.
