Shopper Redemption Standard Terms & Conditions
- Shopper must present receipts as proof of purchase that meet the minimum spending requirement.
- Each customer is only eligible to redeem twice throughout the entire campaign period.
- Each customer is only eligible to redeem only one Glass Casserole throughout the entire campaign period.
- Redemption are “first-come, first-served”, while stocks last, and on the same day of purchase.
- Customers must be aged 18 and above to be eligible for redemption.
- Only printed and/or handwritten receipts with an official stamp will be accepted for redemption.
- Redemption prizes must be collected personally by the shopper. Representative are not allowed to redeem on behalf of the customer.
- All tenants and staffs of shops, kiosks, restaurants, and employees at KWC, including their close family members, are not eligible to participate in redemption activities or redeem on behalf of customers. If any tenants are found misusing this redemption during this period, a penalty of RM200 will be imposed for each item redeemed.
