Kenyataan Rasmi: KWC Fashion Wholesale telah mengesahkan satu kes positif Covid-19
Kuala Lumpur, 23 November 2020 – Pengurusan KWC Fashion Wholesale ingin memaklumkan terdapat satu kes positif Covid-19 pada 22 November 2020 yang melibatkan seorang pekerja wanita di salah sebuah butik disini, QW Cosmetic di tingkat 5 lot 16.
Pada 12 November 2020 beliau mendapat rawatan di Klinik Mediviron kerana demam biasa dan telah pulih seperti biasa tanpa menunjuk sebarang gejala lain. Pemeriksaan suhu sering dilakukan sebelum memasuki premis KWC dan suhu pekerja butik berkenaan berada di bawah 37.5 Celsius. Pada 18 November 2020, jam 6 petang merupakan hari terakhir beliau berada di premis setelah mengetahui bahawa abang beliau dijangkiti virus covid-19. Beliau dikuarantin dan menjalani ujian pada 20 November 2020. Kini, beliau berada di bawah jagaan Hospital Sg. Buloh.
Sejurus itu, premis butik berkenaan diarahkan tutup dan pihak Kementerian Kesihatan (KKM) akan melakukan sanitasi di kawasan premis kedai. KWC juga telah melakukan pembersihan dan sanitasi di seluruh kawasan, terutama di kawasan berisiko tinggi seperti lif, eskalator, tandas dan kawasan umum yang lain dengan menggunakan pembersih pembasmian kuman.
Para pelanggan, penyewa dan kakitangan KWC tidak perlu khuatir kerana kami akan terus melaksanakan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang disarankan oleh pihak kerajaan untuk mengekalkan tahap kebersihan yang tinggi demi memastikan keselamatan semua pihak terjaga dan mengurangkan risiko penularan. Kami akan terus memantau situasi sekarang dengan pihak berkuasa dan akan membuat pengunguman dari semasa ke semasa di laman sosial dan laman sesawang KWC.
Kami berharap semua pihak teruskan mengamal langkah-langkah pencegahan seperti yang disarankan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) termasuk memakai topeng pada setiap masa, kerap mencuci tangan dan sering mengamalkan penjarakan sosial sepanjang berada di kawasan umum.
